Columbia Urology specializes in the evaluation and treatment of disorders of the bladder, urethra, pelvis, vagina, penis, and prostate. Our physicians offer expertise in treating patients with urinary incontinence, neurogenic and overactive bladder, urinary tract infections, complex genitourinary reconstrution, and painful bladder syndrome/interstitial cystitis as well as gender-specific disorders, such as benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostatitis in men and vaginal or pelvic organ prolapse and urethral or vaginal abnormalities in women.

Using the latest diagnostic testing and treatments, our physicians specialize in a wide range of procedures and treatments. Some patients can be managed successfully with behavioral and dietary changes as well as medical therapy. For those who do require surgery, we offer a variety of techniques, depending on the complexity of the problem, including minimally invasive techniques (such as robotic, vaginal, or transurethral surgery) that can result in quicker recovery times and are performed on an outpatient basis.
