As faculty members at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, our urologists are active in urology research. They participate in clinical trials that focus on innovative  treatments for urologic disorders. We collaborate across the Department of Urology and with other departments here at Columbia as part of our comprehensive and integrated approach to research.

As a leader in urology research, our clinical studies have advanced treatment of a broad range of urologic disorders. Our physicians helped develop the tools, techniques, and treatments now widely used in areas like robotic prostatectomy, minimally invasive partial nephrectomy, kidney cancer treatment, and holistic urology.
