Winter Soup Recipes from a Columbia Chef

Using the vegetables of late fall, Columbia Chef de Cuisine Keily Busby from the Faculty Club has crafted healthy recipes for two seasonal soups: butternut squash vegetable and turkey chili.

Thousands of servings of both soups were given to Washington Heights and CUIMC community members at a late fall festival.
