Mango and Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 cup cooked black beans (or canned, drained, and rinsed)
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Combine the mango, black beans, red onion, bell pepper, and cilantro in a bowl.
2. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper, and mix gently.
3. Serve as a refreshing dip with non-starchy vegetables, fiber-containing tortilla chips, or as a topping for grilled chicken or tacos.
