Healthy Guacamole Recipe

Ingredients:
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1-2 jalapeƱos, deseeded and minced
- 1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Mash the avocados in a bowl until smooth but chunky.
2. Stir in the onions, jalapeƱos, tomatoes, lime juice, and cilantro.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Serve with baked tortilla chips and/or vegetables.
