Where is Suite W100? 

Suite W100 is located on the first floor of the west side of 155 White Plains Road.  Enter the parking lot using the driveway at the traffic light and our suite will be to your immediate right. Please look for parking signs labeled "Reserved for W100 Patients." If you proceed to the top of the hill, you have passed our suite.  Please note, you cannot access the first floor (W100) from the second floor of the west side of the building. 

Those who enter through the driveway on the east side of the building should drive to the back of the building and pass the second floor of the west entrance towards White Plains Road.  Please look for parking signs labeled "Reserved for W100 Patients." Please note, you cannot access the first floor (W100) from the second floor of the west side of the building.  

I-87 North/I-287 West:

Traveling toward the Tappan Zee Bridge, take the last exit before the bridge, Exit 9 (US 9/TARRYTOWN/SLEEPY HOLLOW). This exit comes after Exit 1 while travelling towards the bridge. On Exit 9, get in the center lane. The ColumbiaDoctors entrance is directly across from the exit ramp. Pass through the light and park immediately upon entering lot.  Suite W100 is located at the first set of doors on the right.

Via Broadway

(Irvington, Ardsley, Dobbs Ferry, Hastings and points South)

From Broadway, make a right onto Route 119 (White Plains Road) at the Speedway Station.  At the first traffic light, make a left into the parking lot, and park immediately.  Suite W100 is located at the first set of doors on the right.

From Broadway

(Tarrytown, Sleepy Hollow, Ossining And Points North)

From Broadway, follow right through jughandle at the intersection of Broadway and Route 119 (White Plains Road).  Go across Broadway and at the first traffic light, make a left into the parking lot, and park immediately.  Suite W100 is located at the first set of doors on the right.

Hutchinson River Parkway North/I-95 North: 

Take I-287 West and take the last exit before Tappan Zee Bridge, Exit 9 (US 9/TARRYTOWN/SLEEPY HOLLOW). Take Exit 9 and get in the center lane.  The ColumbiaDoctors entrance is located directly across from the exit ramp.  Pass through the light and park immediately upon entering the parking lot.  Suite W100 is located at the first set of doors on the right.

Taconic Parkway

Take the Taconic Parkway to the Saw Mill River Parkway, to I-287 West. Take the last exit before the Tappan Zee Bridge, Exit 9 (US 9/TARRYTOWN/SLEEPY HOLLOW). This exit comes after Exit 1 while traveling towards the bridge. Take Exit 9 and get in the middle lane. The ColumbiaDoctors entrance is located across from the exit ramp. Pass through the light and park immediately upon entering the parking lot.  Suite W100 is located at the first set of doors on the right.

Saw Mill Parkway North

Take Exit 21 WEST (RT 119/WHITE PLAINS RD).  Travel 1.5 miles on Route 119 towards Tarrytown.  Stay in the right lane, continue past the firehouse (on your right).  At the traffic light make a right into parking lot. Park immediately upon entering the parking lot.  Suite W100 is located at the first set of doors on the right.

From Northern Jersey/Rockland County/I-287 East:

Take I-287 East across the Tappan Zee Bridge and through the toll. Take the first exit after the toll, Exit 9 (TARRYTOWN/SLEEPY HOLLOW). At the end of the ramp, at the traffic light, make a right onto Broadway/Route 9.  Go to first light at the Speedway Station and make a right onto Route 119 (White Plains Road).  Go to the first traffic light and make a left into parking lot and park immediately upon entering the parking lot.  Suite W100 is located at the first set of doors on the right.
