Shoe dermatitis is inflammation of the skin on the foot. It is an allergic reaction caused by contact with rubber, leather, dyes, glue, or other chemicals or materials in shoes.

Symptoms of shoe dermatitis may include:

  • Itching and burning.
  • Mild redness.
  • Swollen, blistered, and irritated skin.
